We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a proven track record in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for B2B SaaS products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our Product Manager, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces for our B2B SaaS product targeting Vietnamese companies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms and devices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points, validate design decisions, and inform future iterations.
- Develop and maintain a design system and UI pattern library, ensuring consistent and coherent user experiences across the product.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and provide guidance on design best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into the product as appropriate.
- Present and defend your design work to the team and stakeholders, demonstrating the rationale behind your design decisions.
- Provide time and effort estimates for design tasks, and deliver high-quality work within the agreed-upon deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
